Because when you can't see the ways the patriarchal systems live in your shadow, the ways you're still internalizing colonialism, the way your magic has been systematically hidden.

You’re not actually making the choices in your life - your programming is. It's running the way you think, the decisions that you make, and how you interact with the world.

Sovereignty is what happens when you can finally see clearly… all the things have  been shaping you.

 

Sovereignty is what happens when you walk through the fire, burn the conditioning, a reclaim your whole self. 

And the map to your liberation?

It's been here the whole time.

Right inside everything they told you not to be - the seven deadly sins themselves.

 

I'm sure you've heard of them:

Pride, Sloth, Anger, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, and Greed.

But there were actually eight, before Sadness got taken of the list.

And they didn't start with the church as grave sins that would keep you from Heaven's gate. They started in the Gospel of Mary, where they're simply the "powers" the soul must work through on its way back to the divine. On it's way back to wholeness.

They'll point you right towards everything the systems taught you to fear, everything you learned to disconnect from, avoid, and override.

Because most women don’t lack power.They’ve just been taught to suppress the very parts of themselves that hold it.

And there's nothing that scares the patriarchy more than a fully embodied and connected woman.

So instead of understanding these forces…You were taught to fear them. And this programming has infiltrated every aspect of society.

Mystic Rising is where the Seven Deadly Sins become a structured initiation.

Here's how it works:

We rotate through nine, six-week cycles per year. Each one focusing on one of the sins.

Each sin becoming a powerful framework for shadow work, reclamation, and embodied spirituality.

You can join us anytime and begin participating in ceremony in your first month. Everything is designed to work cohesively regardless of when you join.

Here's how each six week cycle works:

 

Before Ceremony

In each six-week cycle, you'll move through one Sin as a portal into the parts of you that were shaped and the parts of you ready to be reclaimed.

You'll receive teachings, frameworks, and practices to understand what’s shaping you - and reclaim what's underneath.

Sacred Feminine Ceremony 

These are the beating heart of Mystic Rising. Each live 90-minute ceremony is where you move beyond thinking and into direct transformation through archetype, shadow, and embodiment.

After Ceremony Integration 

This work isn't meant to just be interesting. It's meant to change your life.

After each ceremony, you'll receive integration practices, journaling, and real-life application so this work actually changes how you live and spirals out into the world around you.

We'll spend six-weeks with each sin.

Because they're not "sins", they're doorways to awareness and reclamation.  Where magic meets embodied sacred feminine spirituality. 

Each one was deliberately used to keep you out of right relationship with yourself, your community, and the earth.

This work moves through the body, the psyche, and the ancient feminine mysteries.
Each cycle unlocking a layer of conditioning, power, and remembrance:

Cycle One: Pride

Where your shadow is born... in the moment you learned who you had to be to be loved.
Where you began shaping yourself for approval, choosing belonging over truth, and forgetting the parts of you that didn’t fit.

This is the work of the Maiden, where conditioning is formed, and safety becomes tied to who you learned to be. It's where you began to hide your magic.

Cycle Two: Sloth

Where you leave your body to stay safe.
Where freeze, fawn, and quiet “not enoughness” wrap around you. Not as weakness, but as protection that has simply outlived its purpose. Where you learned to do more, to do better, to earn love or rest or enooughness.

This is the Veil — where disconnection becomes survival, and your body is somewhere you visit, not where you live. Where you were taught to be too busy caring for everyone else to ever access your intuition deeply.

Cycle Three: Anger

Where your power has been waiting. Silenced so as not to threaten the systems.
Where suppressed truth, unmet boundaries, and silenced instincts begin to rise. Not to destroy you, but to return your voice.

This is the Dark Feminine — where your fire reawakens and your truth becomes impossible to ignore. Where you remember that your anger was always meant to move you to action.

Cycle Four: Grief 

The sin that was never named, the one they took off the list.
Where your depth returns, and you finally allow yourself to feel what was too much, too tender, too real to hold before.

This is the Descent — where you meet yourself in the underworld and reclaim what was left behind. Where you name the wound of lost lineage, traditions, and magic, and begin to reconnect.

 

Cycle Five: Envy

Where your desires stop hiding.
Where comparison shifts into revelation, showing you not what you lack, but what you’re ready to claim.

This is the Mirror — where you begin to see yourself clearly, without distortion or denial. Where you begin to live the life of your choosing, not the one that was given to you. 

 Cycle Six: Lust

Where your life force reawakens.
Where desire, pleasure, and creative energy reconnect, not as indulgence, but as sacred power moving through you.

This is the Womb as an Oracle — where your aliveness returns as creation, expression, and embodied power.

Cycle Seven: Gluttony

Where you relearn how to trust your body.
Where shame around wanting, having, and holding more begins to dissolve, and your body remembers it is safe to be nourished.

This is the Body Temple — where receiving becomes safe, and nourishment is no longer something you restrict.

Cycle Eight: Greed

Where you reclaim what you were taught to suppress.
Where power, money, and desire are no longer things to minimize, but forces you are safe to hold and expand into. 

This is the Queen — where you step into sovereignty and allow yourself to want more without shrinking. 

Cycle Nine: Reclamation

Where we tie it all together.
Where nothing is left behind, not your shadow, not your power, not your truth.

This is where everything integrates, and you become the woman who holds it all.

Unfiltered.
Self-led.

Weaves her knowledge of the nervous system, sexuality, and embodied reclamation into Mystic Rising

Alexandra’s work as a somatic practitioner and sexologist is rooted in her own healing journey and years of study in trauma, the nervous system, sexuality, and embodied reclamation. She is deeply attuned to how trauma, chronic stress, and cultural conditioning—particularly around the body and feminine + queer sexuality—shape our capacity for safety, agency, and self-trust.

From this understanding, Alexandra supports femmes and trauma survivors in finding their way back into their bodies. She weaves advanced somatic techniques, comprehensive sex and consent education, subliminal conditioning, and kink-positive modalities to hold nervous system–paced, reverent spaces for reclamation and repair.

Because when the body is met with safety and choice, and when feminine power is no longer forced into silence or shame, remembrance becomes possible—and wholeness can emerge.
