Mystic Rising
Â
The Seven Deadly Sins were meant to condemn you. We’re going to use them to set you free.
Mystic Rising is where we descend into the shadow, reclaim what was buried, and let it change the way we live.Â
7 Deadly Sins. 9 Sacred Gateways. One Sacred Feminine Path.
Enter the First GateThe systems are burning, but something else is rising, and sacred women have always been forged in FIRE...
So what if the woman you're meant to be, is hidden right under all the things you were told not to be?Â
Sovereignty has become a buzz word...
But WTF is it, really?
We're told we can claim it. That we can step into it.
It's about finally seeing what's been influencing us beneath the surface and being brave enough to confront it.
But we can't reclaim the Sacred Feminine while leaving the systems that erased her unquestioned inside us.
And we can't reclaim our own magic and sovereignty without confronting the conditioning that taught us to abandon them.
And this is probably what drew you to the Sacred Feminine in the first place.
Hers isn't a path out of the human experience. It's an initiation deeper into it.
Into the body. Into relationship. Into Mystery. Into the parts of yourself you've been taught to leave behind.
And the map to your liberation?
It's been here the whole time.
Right inside everything they told you not to be - the seven deadly sins themselves.
Â
I'm sure you've heard of them:
Pride, Sloth, Anger, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, and Greed.
But there were actually eight, before Sadness got taken of the list.
And they didn't start with the church as grave sins that would keep you from Heaven's gate. They started in the Gospel of Mary, where they're simply the "powers" the soul must work through on its way back to the divine. On it's way back to wholeness.
They'll point you right towards everything the systems taught you to fear, everything you learned to disconnect from, avoid, and override.
Because most women don’t lack power. They’ve just been taught to suppress the very parts of themselves that hold it.
And there's nothing that scares the patriarchy more than a fully embodied and connected woman.
So instead of understanding these forces…You were taught to fear them. And this programming has infiltrated every aspect of society.
Now you get to choose. Let the sins continue to be the unconscious programming running your life. Or let them show you exactly where you're hiding everything you've ever wanted.
Â
Mystic Rising is where the Seven Deadly Sins become a structured initiation.
The Path:Â
We spend six weeks with each of the Deadly Sins, each one a sacred Gateway into the conditioning we've inherited, the shadows it created, and the sacred skills buried underneath.
Each one holds its own teachings, mysteries, practices, and medicine, but we move through them in the same way:
Â
Enter the Gate
Where we ask:
What did this sin teach me to become in order to survive within the systems?
We start by understanding the sin itself.
The history and mythology, the mysteries and sacred skills, and ways it's been woven into and uphold the systems under which we live.
The way it's ruptured relationship with yourself, your community, your Goddess, and the natural world - and the sacred skill that's been hidden beneath it all.
This isn't about finding out what's “wrong” with you. It's about understanding what you were taught, how you internalized it, and what became buried underneath it.
Â
Â
The ReclamationÂ
Where each sin asks:Â
What part of myself lies buried underneath the conditioning?
Awareness opens the Gate. But understanding your conditioning isn't the same thing as changing your relationship with it.
So we descend.
Through shadow journeys, somatic work, divination, ritual, reflection, and other experiential practices, we follow the conditioning into the places where it actually lives.
This isn't about endlessly excavating what's “wrong” with you. It's about reclaiming what had to be abandoned.
Â
Â
Â
Embody the MysteryÂ
Where each gate asks:Â
Who must I become to hold what I've reclaimed? And what changes in my life when I do?
Reclamation isn't complete because you found something in the shadow, you have to learn to live it too.
What does this Mystery change in your relationship with yourself? With the Sacred? With community? With the natural world?
This is where we develop the Gate's Sacred Skill and begin welcoming what we've reclaimed back into the whole—not so it can take over, but so we can finally meet it consciously.
Because wholeness isn't about transcending the messy parts of being human. It's about learning to be in relationship with all of who we are.
The Practice.Â
Woven through every Gate is a Daily Practice designed to help you build each gate's Sacred Skill as you move through each sin. To give you a practice to return to yourself, your body, and the divine as you move through the spiral.
Through nervous-system practices, embodiment, spiritual practice, and small invitations you carry into your everyday life, you begin practicing what you're here to reclaim while you're still uncovering what makes it difficult to live.
Because the goal isn't simply to understand the Mystery. It's to become capable of living it.
The Nine Sacred Gateways
Gate One: Sloth
Where you leave your body to stay safe.
Where freeze, fawn, and quiet “not enoughness” wrap around you. Not as weakness, but as protection that has simply outlived its purpose. Where you learned to do more, to do better, to earn love or rest or enooughness.
This is the Veil — this is where the systems have kept you to busy to hear your intuition.
Gate Two: Pride
Â
Where your shadow is born... in the moment you learned who you had to be to be loved.
Where you began shaping yourself for approval, choosing belonging over truth, and forgetting the parts of you that didn’t fit.
This is the work of the Maiden, where conditioning is formed, and safety becomes tied to who you learned to be. It's where you began to hide your magic.
Â
Gate Three: Anger
Where your power has been waiting. Silenced so as not to threaten the systems.
Where suppressed truth, unmet boundaries, and silenced instincts begin to rise. Not to destroy you, but to return your voice.
This is the Dark Feminine — where your fire reawakens and your truth becomes impossible to ignore. Where you remember that your anger was always meant to move you to action.
Â
Gate Five: Envy
Where your desires stop hiding.
Where comparison shifts into revelation, showing you not what you lack, but what you’re ready to claim.
This is the Mirror — where you begin to see yourself clearly, without distortion or denial. Where you begin to live the life of your choosing, not the one that was given to you.Â
 Gate Six: Lust
Where your life force reawakens.
Where desire, pleasure, and creative energy reconnect, not as indulgence, but as sacred power moving through you.
This is the Womb as an Oracle — where your aliveness returns as creation, expression, and embodied power.
Gate Seven: Gluttony
Where you relearn how to trust your body.
Where shame around wanting, having, and holding more begins to dissolve, and your body remembers it is safe to be nourished.
This is the Body Temple — where receiving becomes safe, and nourishment is no longer something you restrict.
Gate Eight: Greed
Where you reclaim what you were taught to suppress.
Where power, money, and desire are no longer things to minimize, but forces you are safe to hold and expand into.Â
This is the Queen — where you step into sovereignty and allow yourself to want more without shrinking.Â
Â
Â
Â
The Spiral
Sacred feminine mysteries aren't linear. You don't hit the end and find them complete.
You return.
You don't finish Sloth and never struggle with stillness and intuition again. You don't complete Pride and become perfectly discerning. You don't walk through Anger once and master every boundary you'll ever need.
Because the goal isn't to become a woman who never experiences Pride, Sloth, Anger, Envy, Lust, Gluttony,Greed, or Sadness.
It's to become a woman who can be in conscious relationship with all of herself.
So you return.
But the woman who returns to Sloth after walking Pride, Anger, Grief, Envy, Lust, Gluttony and Greed is not the woman who entered it the first time.
The Gate is the same. You won't be.
And so the Path Spirals deeper.
Â
More Details on What's Included:
Everything inside has a purpose: to help you understand the Mystery, descend beneath the conditioning, build the Sacred Skill, and bring what you reclaim into your life.
You'll have a clear Path to follow, practices to help you live it, live spaces for support and integration, and deeper threads to explore when the Mystery calls you there.
Enough structure to hold you. Enough space to integrate. Enough freedom for sacred feminine flow
 01. The Core Mystery PathÂ
Nine sacred gateways. Six weeks inside each one.
This is the journey through the Seven Deadly Sins (except there are actually eight), at each one you'll:
Enter the Gate:Â explore the Sin, its history, conditioning and shadows, and discover the Sacred Skill buried underneath.
The Reclamation:Â Move beneath intellectual understanding through experiential shadow work and uncover the pieces of yourself buried beneath.
Embody the Mystery:Â Deepen into the Sacred Skill and begin allowing what you've reclaimed to change how you live.
Every Gate is different because every Mystery asks something different of you.
In Sloth, we explore productivity, unconscious motion and our disconnection from stillness as we reclaim Presence, Intuition and Right Rhythm.
In Pride, we explore performance, projection and the selves we've learned to become as we build Discernment, Rootedness and Authentic Expression.
In Anger, we move into unmet needs, boundaries and the ways we've learned to disconnect from our anger as we reclaim Sovereignty, protection and Sacred Warrior energy.
And the Spiral continues from there. The tools change according to the Mystery. But the path remains the same.
02. Sacred Feminine Foundations
If you're new to this work you have the option to start here...
The Shadow Work with Deity Workshop: Understand what shadow work is, why it's naturally a sacred famine practice, and how to do it through a psycho-spiritual lens. You'll learn to work directly with your guides, how to do shadow journeying, past-life exploration, energetic clearing, and you'll experience it all.
Sacred Feminine Foundations: The history of the sacred feminine and her erasure, the Seven Deadly Sins and their role in history, and teachings on reading a sacred feminine practice.
Â
 03. Sacred Feminine Ceremony and live Integration
Ceremony every six weeks and integration calls every month.
Ceremony gives us a place to move beyond learning about the Mystery and into direct experience.
Through ritual, journey work, embodiment and the practices of the Gate, we create a threshold between what we've uncovered and what we're ready to carry forward.
Integration calls gives you a place to bring your questions and experiences, a place to  support transferring what you're experiencing inside the Gates into your actual life.
Plus, there's the Telegram community for support and community between calls.
 04. Follow the Thread

These are not assignments.
They're here so that when a particular thread calls you deeper, you have what you need to follow it.

Alexandra
Weaves her knowledge of the nervous system, sexuality, and embodied reclamation into Mystic Rising
Alexandra’s work as a somatic practitioner and sexologist is rooted in her own healing journey and years of study in trauma, the nervous system, sexuality, and embodied reclamation. She is deeply attuned to how trauma, chronic stress, and cultural conditioning—particularly around the body and feminine + queer sexuality—shape our capacity for safety, agency, and self-trust.
From this understanding, Alexandra supports femmes and trauma survivors in finding their way back into their bodies. She weaves advanced somatic techniques, comprehensive sex and consent education, subliminal conditioning, and kink-positive modalities to hold nervous system–paced, reverent spaces for reclamation and repair.
Because when the body is met with safety and choice, and when feminine power is no longer forced into silence or shame, remembrance becomes possible—and wholeness can emerge.
