In women who have burned the internal conditioning and risen sovereign.

Sovereignty has become a buzz word...
But WTF is it, really?
We're told we can claim it. That we can step into it.
But sovereignty isn't something you simply declare. It's not something you think your way into or perform.
 It's about finally seeing what's been influencing us beneath the surface and being brave enough to confront it.
But we can't reclaim our own magic and sovereignty without confronting the conditioning that taught us to abandon it.
And we can't reclaim the Sacred Feminine inside the systems and internalized conditioning that erased her.
You are not doing this work to become worthy of the Divine. You are doing it because this relationship asks something of you.
And this is probably what drew you to the Sacred Feminine in the first place.
Hers isn't a path out of the human experience. It's an initiation deeper into it.
Into the body. Into relationship. Into the Mysteries. Into the parts of yourself you've been taught to leave behind.
Because the deeper we reach into the Mysteries, the more deeply we must be willing to root into our humanity.
And the map to your liberation?
It's been here the whole time.
Right inside everything they told you not to be - the seven deadly sins themselves.Â
I'm sure you've heard of them:
Pride, Sloth, Anger, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, and Greed. But there were actually eight, before Sadness got taken off the list...
Mystic Rising is where these sins become Eight Sacred Gateways. A modern day mystery path with threads reaching back through time.
From Inanna and her seven gates and Magdalene’s Seven Powers. Through ancient questions about what it means to be human and connect with the divine. And right into how colonialism and capitalism severed from our traditions, our magic, and our power.
Threads that have infiltrated culture impacting the way we see anger, grief, goodness, power, worth, and what it means to be human in the first place.
The Sins aren't simply a list of everything wrong with you. They are threads left behind by older spiritual maps. And when we follow them, they can lead us straight into everything we've been taught not to see.
This isn't just another shadow work program.
Although I don't think you can truly separate shadow work from the Sacred Feminine.
Again and again we see her descend. Into the body, into the earth, into the underworld. A journey that inherently changes her.
Descent. Transformation. Return.  Which is exactly what Mystery Paths do.
They send you on a descent to encounter what you've inherited, what you've internalized, what you've outgrown, and what is no longer be yours to carry.
Because the point isn't to become so spiritual we transcend our humanity.
It's to become so rooted, so whole, that we can participate in our humanity more fully.
Especially now, in a world that is on fire (literally and figuratively). A world in which illusions are burning, systems are falling, and things seem less sure than ever.
Because the Sacred Feminine Mysteries are timeless and they're meant to be carried forward.
We're meant to root them into our bodies, our relationships, and the lives we're actually living.
Because the work begins with us but it was never meant to end there.Â
The work is to root the Sacred Feminine deeply enough into our lives she becomes part of the foundation for what comes next.
And we can't do that while the systems we're trying to dismantle in the world are still running inside us.
Mystic Rising is where the Seven Deadly Sins become a structured initiation.
The Path:Â
We spend six weeks with each of the Deadly Sins, each one a sacred Gateway into the conditioning we've inherited, the shadows it created, the mystery within it, and the sacred skills buried underneath.
Each one holds its own teachings, mysteries, practices, and medicine, but we move through them in the same way:

Enter the Gate
Where we ask:
What was I taught to believe about this part of being human?
We begin with context: history, mythology, theology, culture, systems, and personal experience.
We ask how this Mystery has shaped our relationship with ourselves, the Sacred, other people, and the living world.
This isn't about finding out what's wrong with you. It's about learning to see the pattern clearly enough that you can choose how you want to participate in it.

The ReclamationÂ
Where each sin asks:Â
What part of myself lies buried underneath the conditioning?
Awareness opens the Gate. But understanding your conditioning isn't the same thing as changing your relationship with it.
So we descend.
Through shadow journeys, somatic work, ritual, reflection, and other experiential practices, we follow the conditioning into the places where it actually lives. In the shadow and in the body.
This isn't about endlessly excavating what's “wrong” with you. It's about reclaiming what had to be abandoned.
Ceremony
What am I choosing now that I have seen what I have seen?
Ceremony is the threshold between understanding and becoming.
Through guided journey, embodied practice, and direct relationship with the Sacred, we mark what is being released, what is being reclaimed, and what you are choosing to carry forward.
Ceremony does not tell you what the Divine means.
It creates the container in which you can enter the Mystery directly.
Embody the MysteryÂ
Where each gate asks:Â
Who must I become to hold what I've reclaimed? And what changes in my life when I do?
Reclamation isn't complete because you found something in the shadow, you have to learn to live it too.
So this is where your life becomes the Temple.
Where we bring each Mystery into four relationships: Your relationship wit yourself, with the Divine, with other people, and with the living world.
Because these are the places where these mysteries and sacred skills become more than just inside.
This is how they take root in your life and in the world.
The Practice.Â
Every Gate includes a Daily Practice designed to help you build each gate's Sacred Skill.
Nervous system practices, spiritual practice, and small invitations you carry into your everyday life.Â
Because the goal isn't simply to understand the Mystery. It's to become capable of living it.
The Spiral

Sacred Feminine mysteries aren't linear. You don't hit the end and find them complete.
You return.
You don't finish Sloth and never struggle with stillness and intuition again. You don't complete Pride and become perfectly discerning. You don't walk through Anger once and master every boundary you'll ever need.
Because the goal isn't to become a woman who never experiences Pride, Sloth, Anger, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, or Sadness.
It's to become a woman who can be in conscious relationship with all of herself. And through that, she enters a more conscious relationship with the rest of the world.
You don't need to belong to a particular tradition or arrive with an intact spiritual lineage to enter these Gates. They begin with the human experiences you already carry and reveal the Mystery woven through them.
So you return.
The Gate is the same. You won't be.
The Eight Sacred Gateways
When most of us step onto this path we get so excited about the possibility it contains that we rush towards advanced practices, ancient mysteries and deeper teachings.
And in that rush, we often skip the roots.Â
We miss the foundational initiations that make the deeper work possible.
And that is exactly what so many of us are actually craving. A return of the initiatory pathway.Â
These Gateways and the practices and initiations they contain are foundational for a Sacred Feminine Path. But that doesn't mean they're basic.
If you're newer to the path, you'll build these important roots from the beginning.
If you've been practicing for years, you may find these are exactly the roots you've been missing.
A tree can only grow as tall as its roots are deep. And without the deep and strong roots all the growth in the world can still leave you feeling ungrounded, unstable, and like something is missing.
This is where we grow roots deep enough to hold the magic, power, and Mystery you're actually here for.
Gate One: Sloth
Where you reawaken.
Sloth is not simply laziness. It is the ways busyness, distraction, numbness, unconscious motion, and endless becoming can pull you away from the life happening right in front of you.
This is The Veil—where you reclaim Presence and become more available to your body, your intuition, your life, and the Mystery already moving through it.
Because sometimes the thing keeping you from deeper spiritual relationship is not that you need more.
It's that you aren't here.
Gate Two: Pride
Where you discern what is divinely yours.
Where your shadow was born... in the moment you learned who you had to be to be loved. Where you began shrinking for approval, choosing belonging over truth, and forgetting the parts of you that didn’t fit.
This is the Maiden - where you reclaim Discernment and begin separating your truth,  intuition, and magic from the conditioning. This is where sacred discernment becomes the foundation for true sovereignty.
Gate Three: Anger
Where your power has been waiting. Silenced so it would not threaten the systems around you. Where suppressed truth, unmet needs, violated boundaries, and silenced instincts begin to rise. Not to destroy you, but to return your sovereignty.
This is the Dark Feminine - where your fire reawakens and your truth becomes impossible to ignore. You reclaim Anger as sacred information, boundaries as protection, and sovereignty as lived practice. This is where you learn to let anger move through you as sacred action.
You can understand your patterns forever. This is the Gate that asks what you're willing to do about what you know.
 Gate Four: Sadness/Grief
Where you enter the underworld
Where what has been lost, ended, taken, or never allowed to become can finally be grieved. Where you stop demanding that every wound become a lesson and learn to sit beside what cannot be fixed. Because when we don't fully grieve, we cannot move forward.
This is the Descent -Â the ancient initiation of the Sacred Feminine. Here you reclaim the capacity to grieve, to surrender what cannot be saved, and eventually, to return changed. Allowing grief to transform you without closing your heart.
Gate Five: Envy
Where your desires stop hiding behind comparison.
Where what belongs to someone else becomes a mirror, not of your inadequacy, but of the longing, possibility, grief, and unlived life and magic asking for your attention.
This is the Mirror - where Envy becomes revelation, and you learn to honor what belongs to another while claiming the desires that are actually yours.Â
 Gate Six: Lust
Where you take what you want, and give it life.
Where desire, pleasure, and creative energy reconnect, not as indulgence but as sacred life force moving through you.
This is the Womb as an Oracle - where you reclaim the creative force the systems have worked so hard to control and learn to create with it. Desire becomes your direct line to the goddess: not as something you blindly obey, but as a source of aliveness when you are finally willing to form your desires into creation.
Gate Seven: Gluttony
This is where you discover what actually feeds you.
You can consume endlessly - food, information, healing, spirituality, stimulation, attention- and still remain hungry.
This is Your Body as a Temple, where Gluttony becomes an inquiry into appetite, receiving, satisfaction, enoughness, and Sacred Nourishment.
You learn to listen beneath the hunger:
What am I actually hungry for? And what would truly feed me?
Because consumption and nourishment are not the same thing.
Gate Eight: Greed
 This is where personal reclamation becomes collective responsibility.
You have reclaimed Presence, Discernment, Sovereignty, Surrender, Desire, Life Force, and Nourishment.
Now the question becomes: What kind of woman must I become to hold power without reproducing the world I want to change?
 This is the Sovereign Queen - where power becomes responsibility, wealth becomes stewardship, and having becomes relationship. Here, you reclaim the right to hold more without forgetting that nothing we hold exists in isolation from the collective or the Earth.

Your personal path begins with Sloth and unfolds from there, it's not a library your'e meant to binge, but a path your meant to walk.
And Mystic Rising is also a living Mystery School. So, alongside your core path, you'll step into the Living Gate. The Gate our community is exploring together right now.
Your initiatory path has an order. Your belonging doesn't.
Inside each Gate, you’ll move through the same initiatory rhythm:
Enter the Gate:Â See the conditioning more clearly and understand the sacred skill beneath it's distortion.
The Reclamation: Move beneath intellectual understanding through experiential shadow work and discover where the pattern lives in you to reclaim what has been hidden, rejected, distorted, or abandoned beneath it.
Ceremony:Â Mark the threshold between what you're leaving behind and what you're becoming capable of holding.
Embody the Mystery: Take what you've reclaimed beyond the course and into relationship - with yourself, the Sacred, other people, and the living world.Â
Every Gate is different because every Mystery asks something different of you, but the process is the same.
02. Entering Mystic Rising
Before you enter the first Gate, you'll start here.
You'll start with the Sacred Feminine Mysteries Series. Three short, but comprehensive teachings on the history of the Sacred Feminine, her erasure and her mysteries.
From there, you'll move through Preparing for the Mystery with The Shadow Work with Deity Workshop. Here you'll be introduced to shadow work through a psycho-spiritual lens, begin journey work, energetic work, past life exploration, and clearing the connection between you and your guides. Core practices we'll return to throughout each gate.
Then you'll enter the Opening Ceremony, marking your threshold onto the path.
 03. Sacred Feminine Ceremony and live Integration
The Ceremonial Heart of Mystic Rising
Ceremony every six weeks and integration calls every month.
Within each Gate, we'll enter into relationship with the archetypes and goddesses held within it and weave together, guided journey work, ritual, and embodied practice.
Sometimes ceremony opens the descent. Sometimes it marks the culmination of what you've uncovered.
Either way, it creates a sacred threshold between what has been revealed, what you are reclaiming, and who you are choosing to become.
This is not a course with rituals attached to it. Ceremony is one of the ways the Mystery becomes lived experience
Integration calls gives you a place to bring your questions and experiences, a place to  support bringing what you're experiencing inside the Gates into your actual life.
Plus, there's the Telegram community for support and community between calls.
 04. Follow the Thread
The path is clear, but the sacred feminine isn't linear.
Sometimes a Gate opens something that asks for more of your attention.
And that's when you follow the thread.
You'll have access to a growing collection of complete workshops, deeper trainings, journeys and practices that branch from the core Mystery Path.
These are not assignments.
They're here so that when a particular thread calls you deeper, you have what you need to follow it.
Follow what is alive.
Leave what isn't.
Return when the thread calls again. Because more content doesn't make your more initiated.
